Doesn't have much pop in his punches anymore either.

We'll see how he does against Lacy..

He still carries power, in his recent fights, had hanshaw down in 11th, had trinidad down twice, had calzaghe down in round one.

Yeah the declining footwork is the biggest problem, Roy can't get away from swarmers anymore and with the decline in reflexes added to that he runs the risk of being overwhelmed. Still, he is talented, fast and powerfull enough to put up a fight with any fighter in his weightclass.

Give me a ****ing break. Roy looks great, the man is pushing, or is maybe now OVER 40. He's in better shape than most guys his age, and can go 12 rounds with Tito, and Calzaghe. Is he what he used to be? Of course not. No one is. But cut the **** talking and admire the man, and the LEGEND! RJJ!

that was rather strange...he just seemed to dance around for about 5 mins...?

and that running did not look that sharp either, he did look like an old man.

One thing you gotta say about Roy is that the dedication is always there. He may be a shadow of his former self but he never stops trying, he always gives 100%. You know that no matter what Roy is always coming into the ring in the best shape he possibly can.
