Cotto said ill fight manny but wont go lower than 145..Manny said 145 is ok..but then tried to bring it down to 143.

ARUM said Nov 14. Pac said Oct. 17..Arum said Nov. 14.

Arum /Pac gave 65-35..cotto agreed.

Cotto AND pac agredd to a 145 no title fight..now pac wants the belt.
