I watched one of his fights (against some Japanese guy) and as soon as he started letting his hands go without any regard for defence, I said out loud "WHAAAAAAAAAAAT is this ****?! This is the guy they've been hyping up as the next god?! Fuckin hell, have mercy".

I then watched more, and it got worse and worse. I don't care if he comes to fight, he is the ****tiest boxer I've seen for many years. I don't rate KO records as much as some idiots on here do.

i can't stand him either. i really wish someone would put him down and teach him the importance of defense but unfortunately, i don't see that happening at 135.

Edwin Valero is the man at 135. I would compare his style to Manny Pacquiao before he hooked up with Freddie. Pacquiao basically faught the same way until Freddie polished him up.

Valero has a damn good trainer, highly regarded trainer but he needs some help on the defensive side. Unless he has a steel chin but I never seen him get bopped on the chin much.
