If Quintana was chasing Williams like Mosley was chasing Pacquiao, being all in the news and mentioning he wants to fight him in every interview, then okay make the fight happen.

Williams lost against Quintana the first time, and immediately asked Goosen to do everything he can for a rematch claiming that it wasn't him in there. The rematch showed that he could have been speaking the truth when he said it was just an off-night.
