No he hasnt really, Matthew has alway been a welterweight and him making 140 would probably kill him, The thing is Zab Judah for years refuse to go down to 140 after moving up to 147 where he was getting beat up by the bigger guys, He could have made 140 in those years without too much problems but he just wasnt dedicated enough and too lazy to cut weight.

But after been beaten up by all the 147 contenders he has decide to finally move down to 140??? Either he fights a bum at 140 or he wouldnt get to fight M.Hatton at 140 because am sure Hatton cant make 140.
