                He was vulnerable at 147 where Collazo was lost beating him before Floyd. Hatton at 140 was a beast and made rated Ring # 2 Jr. WW Malignaggi quit which Cotto can't even do.

                Floyd's win a fluke. Pacquiao beat Hatton in his own division at 140 snatching his lineal belt.
