Probably Holyfield. He is slow and cant throw much though, but punch for punch Holy hits harder.

Holyfield has never been that hard of a puncher, couldn't even take out a defenseless Foreman. Is and has always been an accumilative puncher.

I have a sneaking su****ion That hayes power is an illusion, and he is actually a 200lb version of Calzaghe but with no chin and less speed

He doesn't have one punch KO power but he's a very good puncher.
It's just he fought the best always.
