To better understand a an open-ended easy question, the TS should ask like

    "How hard are Mayweather's balls?"

and the correct answer is "You can't tell until you licked it"

          i'd say world title level

yeah he could get the chance to knock out a skilled boxer

BUT a skilled boxer would know how to move around the ring properly
and not leave an open shot to lose .

Ok cool just wondering. They say great fighters can't be made they're born and it's impossible to punch like an elite pro no matter how hard you train , they're born with it.Hit or myth.Just wonder but if you to an elite world class coach and he made an ordinary amatuer his project could he turn him into an elite pro with strength and conditioning

Power comes from technique. Knockouts come from when an unexpected technically correct punch lands.

Kind of both. You can be born with power but what that really means is that you were born to naturally apply the proper technique to throw powerful shots. (weight shift, proper punching lines, etc.)

Power can be taught but it takes a very good student to apply it. Guys fight with what feels natural and if applying proper technique doesn't feel natural, most won't do it.

punchers are born, but boxers are made. its possible for a crude puncher with the right trainer and attitude to become an atg boxer.

Punchers are born, and they can become gr8 if they got heart to match their power.

No, fighters are born. It's either in your blood or it isn't. Punching is a technique.
