Again, you can be born with the technique to throw harder shots just as you can be taught it. When they say someone is born a puncher it just means that they didn't have to be taught. Anyone can learn to punch with as much force as anyone their own body weight. The speed of the punch can vary the outcome on if that same punch results in a KO or not.
