Of course he has improved over the years.

HOWEVER, he isn't vastly improved like you nuthuggers like to make out. It's just the level of competition has fallen in his last three fights.

He is still wide open and off balance at times and quite easy to hit if your not slow, old and drained. Even Ricky found the target, fighting the way he did, to fairly good effect in the second round.

Stop overrating the guy. He's a great fighter but just not THAT great.

what ****in fight were you watching. are you telling us ricky found weaknesses in manny? I didnt see manny get hurt the entire fight. That was one of the most 1 sided beatdowns Ive ever seen. How can someone look at the fight that way.

The funny thing really is how much he accomplished throwing just 1 punch over and over. He had great wins below featherweight where he was just a brawler. Even at featherweight he beat the hell out of a fighter that gave Prince Hamed a boxing lesson for 12 rounds -Marco A. Barrera. To beat a world class technical fighter/brawler like Barrera with 1 punch, you know you got many other attributes. Then drawing with Marquez using only the left in the worst display of Manny's career, him attributing to bad socks, LoL!
