People are trying to see things that are simply not there. He has started throwing his right hand more, and his defense is better due to his in and out footwork but other than that, nothing has changed in Pac's game. He still takes guys out with his left and throws it as his main punch, and still uses the jab, jab, left, but every now and then throws in right hooks.

You guys see so much more than there is. He's brilliant at what he does, but stop over-analysing it please!

i think there is a mixture of both over and under analyzing what he supposedly evolved too. obviously, the recent fighters weren't counter punchers that ran most of the fight and TIMING. so he was able to get those punches in with ACCURACY.

the ability to have dominated those fighters like that and say he hasn't improved is worthless as well. if you take mayweather or JMM and put those guys into those two fights you definitely would have seen different outcomes.

those who give him credit will fight with those who don't give him credit or not enough credit where credit is due. you'll think their over analyzing his abilities because you just don't see it. never ending OPINIONS** ends that argument. no side will win.

Wow, Floyd is #1 P4P in your heart (****). Hope you won't get heart broken if Marquez kick his ass back to retirement.

Of course he has improved over the years.

HOWEVER, he isn't vastly improved like you nuthuggers like to make out. It's just the level of competition has fallen in his last three fights.

He is still wide open and off balance at times and quite easy to hit if your not slow, old and drained. Even Ricky found the target, fighting the way he did, to fairly good effect in the second round.

Stop overrating the guy. He's a great fighter but just not THAT great.

Pacquiao will beat Marquez decisively should they meet a third time.

Hatton connected good in the 2nd round? You must be drunk.

Hatton never ventured beyond single-digits as he was 7 of 26 (27 percent) in the first and 9 of 30 (30 percent) in the second.

The opponent always hits back. That's why it's called boxing.

I try to be realistic about Pacquiao--I haven't given him more credit than he actually deserves. His skills have improved but he needs probably one to two training camps to iron out most of his weaknesses or atleast reduce him, but you give Hatton too much credit for his performance against Pacquiao. Honestly, if you remove those illegal punches behind Pacquiao's head that Hatton did in the clinch--how many legitimate punches did he actually land in the span of three minutes of round two? 2? 3?
