    i thought to be at a high level in the sport you have to train atleast 3 times a week

      I respect Miguel Cotto for being loyal to his people and team but
      he has to smarten up and get a trainer in their that can show him
      so new tricks and help him rival the team of Manny and Roach...
      with a side or Moore. Cotto is bugging.

            Don't worry people he will only be training 3 days a week not fulltime.

            If Cotto loses this fight there should be no excuses. 145 lbs won't hurt him and on the overtrain issue, IMO that's part of the fight it self. you know how all trainers say that the fight starts at the gym, well i agree to that. If you overtrain that's is your problem and nobody told you to do so. Being a experience fighter like Cotto it is only him to blame, not Pacquiao, if he come "overtrained".

              lol, it's like everyone freaks out when they are facing Pacquiao. Morales had hired a special team of "experts" for his third fight with Manny that would focus on conditioning his body for speed. Oscar ate deer meet. Cotto begins training 4 months before a fight that hasn't been "signed".

                Boxers train everyday, probs twice a day when preparing for a fight. Cotto is starting early but taking it easy, thats why is only training a couple of times a week. He is light training just to get himself ready for proper training.

                  Without the Welterweight belt at stake, Cotto fight is no use for Pacquiao and no better than Moseley fight. Moseley is offering better package and is less dangerous.
