He's telling the truth about that though. When I saw the 24/7 on Hatton-Pacquiao, and the cameras did not show any of Hatton's sparring sessions, that nailed it right there for me. And that just gave me more reason not to give the Hatton-Pacquiao fight the time of day because I knew it was a farce. I don't give any credit to Manny for that win, because Hatton was done on top of not being that good to begin with. But I still don't use Manny's easy victories over Diaz, De La Hoya, and Hatton as a measuring stick for Cotto defeating him in this fight, because Cotto is 0-3 in my opinion against Margarito, Clottey, and Mosley.
I question whether Manny could handle Margarito and Mosley. But I think he could beat Clottey because on top of Clottey's work rate, he is not a big puncher. He wasn't able to KO a faded Diego Corrales and Cotto was shaken by him at times in that fight. I think Cotto's chin has softened since that beating from Margarito.
