Examine the evidence, He got destroyed badly by margarito, i mean that was an ass whooping of epic proportions.

He then defeated Jennings, who is D level at best

He then struggled horribly against Clottey, and sc****d past with a dodgy decision win.

He fought a badass in his last fight. Actually, his resume is pretty damn good so i'd say yes, he's past his prime. Each one of the last handful of fighters took a lil bit from Cotto, but none more then Tony.

Cotto was at one point, overrated! His win over Mosley, Clottey are both questionable... Zab Judah was a damaged goods but he gave Cotto problems. Ricardon Torres is not an A fighter and yet Cotto struggled. Name a fighter who is an all time great that Cotto clearly beat?
