With the way Tony was hitting Cotto, Miguel's face would have been more busted up than Billy Collins' face. Tony didn't us plaster in that fight. If he did he woulda practically killed Miguel. Or Miguel woulda been on his knees begging for the fight to be stopped by the 6th round.

They explained that the plaster would solidify as the fight went on when they were discovered before the Mosley fight. It's a pretty big coincidence considering how the Margarito fight panned out, Cotto had very little facial damage before the second half of the fight where all of a sudden it seemed, his face became disfigured.
