I’m pretty sure the main tactic in training for Cotto would be his timing. Negating Manny’s speed should be priority number 1, therefore 12 weeks of training could only work to his advantage especially if he’s starting his training regiment through light increments as he’s doing now.

Agreed....I also think he will be doing mostly running and cardio...It's not like he's going into heavy training for 12 weeks.Comment
