Mosley beat the livin' daylights out of him. Yeah, he is tough, but not as tough w/o his precious wraps. Cotto beat Mosly, who beat cheato. Ya know what i would love to see? A street fight between Cotto and Cheato. Only because i don't think cheato deserves one more single f'n payday in the sport of boxing. I'm pretty fired up from watching the hbo special on Resto and Lewis.

and i wonder what the hell is taking so long for the court to do whatever according to the conclusion they come to.

there is no evidence that Margarito ever cheated in a fight.......he probably has nothing to confess to.

Technically speaking, you're right.

But it also doesn't stop people from asking why he'd use it against Shane Mosley and not his biggest win to date (Miguel Cotto). The intent was there for him to use it against Mosley, but did something somehow change from July 27th to Jan. 21st that he NEEDED plaster in his wraps then and not against Cotto?

Even Lampley was saying, "I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANTONIO MARGARITO BEING REDUCED TO THROWING PIT PAT PUNCHES IN THE RING'.

He was landing some shots but they were soft as hot butter.

Ive seen a video about this, but since we know this why hasnt anyone in boxing talked about it, I dont understand why Margarito isnt treated like Resto is. Why hasnt anyone in boxing talked about what his trainer said between rounds, surely someone had to pick it up or was told about it.

they (commision) could have done a lot better investigation, but i bet you theres a lot of $$$$ involved

imo....to eliminate **** like that what they should do is, after the fight is over while the fighters are still in the ring the commision should remove both fighters gloves and wraps under the public eye and inspect them

I have seen this but Spanish is not the same as English, there was no cut and dry confession here. I wont read into what was said as the words used can be taken out of context. Had they made direct references to the plaster, then that would be another story. Sorry, not even I who am a firm believer that Tony did cheat against Cotto, can not use any of that conversation as evidence or proof, it's not even worth touching as a means to speculate upon for me.
