thanks slip, i will try it, could you help me to make that melon clip, a little bigger, about the size of the foreman and cooney clip that you have, what is a good program for doing that kind of stuff, I use this program videostudio7 for doing mpg, will that program do that stuff too, thanks for your help. im new to this forum stuff, but i am learning,Comment

I never tried to bust a melon but I think I could if i tried it a while. My problems is I get tired throwing like 10 punches and I've been training a month.Comment

Meaning no disrespect here, I must say that there are flaws in the punch you displayed. You may believe that you are generating more power by lifting you right foot while delivering but I think you will generate less. The power is generated first by the shoulders and fist flying out, then factor in the shifting of your hips. With your right foot planted behind you you are able to push through with the blow giving leverage and stability behind the blow.
Aswell, if your a fighter in the ring throwing your right hand like that, meaning bringing your right foot infront of or beside you, you will get busted up. In the ring you will not hit your man every time and must be prepared for anyshots coming back. Leaving yourself squared up to your man is not the best position to be in if hes throwing back.
Also from day one in the gym all the way until I was finished fighting we were taught to punch through a target, not to it. More power is generated that way. You demonstrated punching through it in your clip but then replyed to a question that you should punch to the target. Punch through it.
Once again I mean no disrespect, just debating some points of punching. Take care man,
