you have to push off with the back foot, its got to come off the ground, people will tell you thats wrong dont liston to them, you can't stand in one spot and throw real power, look at my rght hand and back foot and look at rocky marciano's right hand and back foot, on my page, people tell me the same thing, and I don't agree, use your back foot to spring forward, fast and hard
