I never seen a fighter bothered by a cut as much as cotto was and not even complain especially so early in the fight.

The fight was stopped because Campbell complained to the Dr that he could not see. Was this because he had severe swelling? No. It's because blood had gotten in the back of his eye.

I'd had something at the back of my eye before and got a small dot and it was very frustrating and distracting. I couldn't concentrate on anything at all..
