Pac was waiting for floyd until his fight with marquez got postponed which forces pac to find another fight. Cotto had a better chance of getting pac than mosley because pac and cotto got the same promoter. And pac already made it known to the press he wants floyd.

Its called a tunefight for a reason. That is why he took a fight against oscar and nobody gave pac a chance in that fight and completly destroyed oscar(even though it was oscar ******ity that lost that fight by not hydrating).
