lol! Sugar Shane must feel like he beat Margaritos ass for no reason. He got the proof with the belt that he's the man to fight and STILL has to take a pay cut to fight challengers? LMAO! Boxing BS I guess? Whatever, Kimbo's on The Ultimate Fighter this season...... LOL

A part of me will not feel sorry for Mosley if he has to sit out for the rest of the year. Because he had a chance to fight Paul Williams for big money and he passed it up. Now the best he can hope for is a fight with Berto. I think Berto is afraid of Mosley though. He can get decent paydays to fight second-raters like this South African guy.

Wouldn't Shane still need the WBO belt that Cotto has as well?

Shane can only hope for this a year from now, assuming he wins atleast one fight by that time. He really needs to let it go. Only reason I'm even posting is because Shane said last week on Fight Night Club that he "has a December 5 date on HBO. No opponent has been named but its looking like Berto"

I know what you are trying to ask. Mosley wouldn't be the undisputed champ with two belts per say. But he would still be considered as a unified champ. But we need a Cotto-Mosley rematch somewhere down the line for clarity regardless of the alphabets.

mosley is a better man than cotto, tougher opponent with huge heart unlike cotto the diva

A diva that sells more tickets, more PPV buys than Mosley? The same diva that whipped Shane Mosley's ass in a fight that was NOT close? 8 rounds to four isn't that close, especially when those 8 were alot more convincing than Mosley's 4. I take nothing away from Mosley but to take away from Cotto with statements like that is rediculous. Cotto has no heart? He didn't quit with that cut against Clottey. I don't think he won but if he had no heart he might have. He didn't quit against unbelievable pressure and taking vicious punishment from Margarito. He faught on, and faught very well under the circumstances.
Some of you all, especially this dude, are rediculous with how serious you all take this.
