I don't see what the big deal about Mosley chasing a Pacquiao fight is now. The earliest he can fight if he does not get Pacquiao is December, and he isn't going to miss out on anything meaningful in that time frame except maybe a fight with Berto. But I don't think Berto will take that fight if you want my opinion.

If Cotto is the answer, the follow up is Cotto had the shot, Mosley offered him a rematch at Staples right after the Margorito match. So Cotto had his shot to fight Mosley as well. Fact is Cotto is coming off an bad performance that he barely won at best and at worst was given a gift, bottom line Mosley is trying to make fights that actually happen and arent just talk and petty disputes that produce no actual fight or anything outside of threads on boxing scene and articles that have no point other than reporting that one of the many petty arguments have been squashed and this just in now they going back on what they agreed on again. Pac & Cotto are playin games and producing no fight. Nov is way to far anyway it should be Sept/Oct it's Top Rank why not put an event close to mayweather if you wana fight him and/or take his PPV buys. Mosely is a beast he's trying to fight everyone for money and belts he's old school call him desperate or greedy, but what is your favorite fighter doing? Shane coming off the best win of his career and of 2008 and he wanna fight for money and belts now and not just talk about it. Mosley is the P4P#1 to me his wins last year were legitimate and ended in KO's against guys that are well known and were not weight drained, nor did he get real questionable cards in fights he was allowed to cheat.

Call it what you want. Fact is Mosley is a legitimate p4p fighter with belts that willing to meet the demands that another p4p fighter with belts is demanding. He is a legitimate player in the WW picture same as Cotto Pac and Mayweather. He is not wrong or desperate for trying to make a match to solidify his legacy even further and get paid alot for doing it. The guy is a world class fighter that does this for a living and has legitimate wins and great performances in his last couple fights. He has every right to pursue these fights to the fullest extent of his will and desire. What happened to fighters making big fights and actually anting the belts and the money and the stauts? Maybe Shane is trying to become the clear cut p4p#1 again, and it's not like he didn't just come off a impressive win against the man that was the #1 WW in the world. Mosley has every right reason and excuse to go after the fight and Pac's people also have said that Mosley was an Option if the Cotto thing didn't go good.

mosley is giving everything away in this fight and pac still doesnt want it so the only reason that een makes sense is that he is afraid of mosley. and you cant blame him for that cause shane is a bigger and much stronger guy than pac and can take a punch as good as anybody. cotto on the other hand has been hurt in at least 4 fights and been down 2...Cotto is worth more money(even though SSM isa legend he has just never been worth much) and will be an easier fight for pac....with that said, cotto still has all the skills to put a hurting on pac as long as he trains properly for the fight which he always does
