The Roach's proverbial foot in his mouth.

What Freddie is saying here, although he may not have assessed the content properly, is that Cotto is nowhere near his best, because he hasn't recovered his best form.

Of course,. if this is the case, then if Manny P beats him, he's really not gaining any genuine credit from the win.

If Manny loses, then he'll be shown up as not being the world's best.

Regardless of my belief that Pacman would beat Cotto, I believe to Roach that he saw something to polish for Pacman's weapons in beating Cotto.
I recomend that you continue to not wanting to beleive in Freddie's prediction because on his last one he failed by a huge margin. He had Gerry Penalosa beating Juanma in the later rounds when Juanma would start to tired and Gerry could take advantage with his experience. It was the other way around.

Juanma never tired, Freddie hismself had to stop the fight and Gerry ended up adding to his experience, the worst beating of his life.

Freddie is a good trainer, good person, brags a little but that just to try to get in the oponents mind, BUT HE IS NO GOD!!!!

cotto took margacheatos punches until the plaster hardened and he took clotteys punches with a bad cut. both margie and clottey with or without plaster paris hits way harder than pac. with that said then in my opinion pac can't hurt cotto.cotto wins this fight from a severe body attack in 7.

i disagree with the comment about cotto being able to take tony and clottey's punches,he wasn't close to going down, not at all,but to me he can't take them very well, with this i mean little by little the punches wear him down, which is what happened with tony and clottey,if clottey threw punches like tony does, sometimes 100 per round,he would have won,i think cotto gets tired and wears down with hard punchers, but i still think he'll win this fight not because he's the better fighter, but because he's just bigger and if jmm kicked his ass and morales, don't know why cotto cant'

JMM is not a garbage. He is #2 p4p. Look at JMM's body. He is barely a lightweight. He only fought twice at 135. He is too small to fight the best and the greatest.
sounds like you making excuses homie. he say he looks small at 135 but KO 2 guys that never been KO before in his first 2 fights a light weight. and why the hell did you bring uo Williams when Cotto and Mosley havent fought him...AND THEY'VE BEEN ACTIVE FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS!! Another hater in the boxing scene...

I didn't say he was the best or the worst. That will be up for lots of opinions. I'm just sticking to the facts on what i said, not all Freddie's prediction have been accomplished and he "IS NO GOD"
By the way there are many trainers out there that have had plenty more success than Freddie. He just the trainer of the moment becuase he trains the fighter of the moment.

I do consider him a good trainer but not the best.
