Dude the offical police report was released I suggest you read it. It explicitly says that he hung himself from the stairs but THEN ended up lying next to his wife.

I am not familiar with Brazilian decor or architecture but I highly doubt that the beds are placed directly below the beds which would be the ONLY logical way a person who hangs themselves can independently end up in the bed next to their wife.

Again this isn't even getting into the wound to the back of his head.

I heard someone say that above and I admit, that this is the 1st Ive heard of that. I never heard the part about him being in bed and that could definatly change alot for me.


On the other hand I will say this and I may get alot of heat for it but I think sometimes there is murder in then there is murder. Sometimes someone should go to jail for life for it and sometimes I dont think they should get anytime if you know what I mean. Now, she may have straight up killed him but does that 100% mean that he didnt deserve it? You could go by the rule of no one deserves to die but I think sometimes they do and Im a guy who doesnt beleive in the death penalty or the eye for an eye stuff but everyone says that he was an abuser and they had a bad fight the night before. I know one time I came very close to killing a cat and even though I know I would probably get a million years for it, in reality I think I shouldnt get any time because the motha ****a deserved it. Maybe thats the case here. Maybe she really did kill him but the Brazilan police thinks that she truly is a good woman that had enough and while she wouldnt get away with it in the US, we can let her get away with it in our Country. Again, not in a crooked way but in a way that they genuinley beleived that she was a good woman who felt that she had no other way. Is it right? Who knows but I cant say that I would lock her up forever if all the things I heard about him and there relationship are true.

Ive seen alot of my uncles abuse my aunts and it wasnt until I grew old enough to *** them up in return that they stopped. In Gatti case he was a big bully for laying his hands on her regardless of why he did it. But id she is going to get away with Murder then fine we and his family have to deal with that but she doesnt get a ***en dime of his money

No,no I get you.I understand completely and thought about it.

To tell you the truth there is no doubt in my mind she killed him.Do I want her to go to jail?Not really,the kid needs a mother.Do I want him being declared murdered?Yes,absolutely because that happened.

And in terms of the relationship you gotta take both accounts in terms.She did her teth for 30k of Arturo's money,she bought herself a Escalade,she stopped him from seeing his daughter from a previous relationship with that Erika Rivera chick,also called her ''******ed'' and a ''monogloid'',made him change wills9altough I think he didn't actually did it),she yelled often times during fights ''I'm gonna kill you'',she wasn't popular between Arturo's inner cirlce,etc,etc,etc.
