If he hung himself why is the purse strap bloody? Did he stab himself in the back of the head as well? A lot is unexplained.

Uhhh, this just doesn't jive, and didn't Amanda try to claim someone broke in their electronically sealed abode and killed Arturo in the initial reports?

A steak knife is found next to him with blood on it, and I'm supposed to imagine how he tried to cut himself down staving off a circus like act of a suicide attempt and stabs himself in the BACK of the head.

A severing motion and a stabbbing motion are two distinct things. I bet the next thing we read is that Amanda explained to police how she cut him down, (without disturbing the purse strap with cuts mind you) and that's why a knife was near his body.

It's ridiculous. You have to believe he got up there with a knife in hand "just in case" AFTER he kicks the stool out from under him. A magic stool and a staircase by the way we are reading about for the first time. It's conveniently appeared to explain away homicide.

I think we know what Amanda was doing for 10 hours. Trying to figure out how to get her lies straight.

Hey you brought up a very valid point. If Arturo Gatti had a huge rock thrown at the back of his head to make a wound like that then I'm sure he would have gone to the hospital to get it treated, stitches etc. Why would he go home with a busted head? HMMMM

Is it possible that he may have tried to cut himself down but cut himself instead?
Stabbing someone in the head with a thin knife isn't exactly the best way to kill someone considering you'd have to get through the skull.

Um no, that knife will cut through is skull if enough force is pushed through, like someone stabbing him in the back of the head...you know like that not accidentally slicing his head...

Leave the poor guy alone seriously, his death really made me sad, and then all this crap. It makes me sick to read all these theories and opinions of the guy.
