          Cotto does need Pacquiao.
Pac is the hottest ticket right now.
Where else can he make $12?
          Berto? lol
Mosely?No...Mosley won't even fight him unless they fight in Vegas.
          Pac has other options.
He can fight Mosley, or fight someone else at 140 for a tune up while he waits for the winner of Mayweather vs JMM .
Cotto is lucky he's getting a shot at the #1 p4p.

                true, tue
And Mosley would pick Pac over Cotto anytime,anyday...even if he has to go down to 140.
People who says Cotto doesn't need Pac are in denial.
Oscar,Hatton,JMM,Mosley,Bradley,Campbell would bitchslap you silly if you say something ****** like that.

He'd have to wait on the side line. He'd only take a risk against an opponent who can bring him money and that only opponent is Cotto.
