That's another discussion I'd like to get into one of these days...Sanctioning bodies (and promoters) are nothing more than a pack of leeches who suck the blood out of fighters. Someday, before I die, I'd like to see the athletes in control of the sport and their own futures, rather than a bunch of *******s, most of whom have never done anything more athletic than spending someone else's money.

Paquiao? Tell Roach and your team to Shhhhhhh. As a matter of fact, don't but don't ***** when Cotto tortures you to the point of no return. I simply love it ! Ohhhh, question? Wil the belt say catchweight champion?

If Paul Williams can come in at 145 and throw 1200+ punches over 12, Cotto can do what he does on the regular at 147. Pacquiao was pulling a ***** move when he wanted it to be 144 or less, but now Cotto is. This cat wants to fight with a safety net.
UMM..Pacquiao agreed to a 145 lb fight with NO TITLE....let me repeat that..PACquiao agreed to a 145 lb fight with NO TITLE.....now they want the title after the initial agreement...manny needs to man up and keep his word or add the extra 2lbs for the belt...plain and simple...

Valcarcel want the be fight to be for the tittle because of the FEES.

he don't want to lose the 300-400k that the fight means for the organization

If it's a tuneup why stress the 147?

Cotto is quickly becoming my favorite fighter.

JMM has some work to do to stay at the top of my list.
