If Clottey could not stop him what makes you think Pacquiao will... just because he KO'd Hatton everyone is overrating his power....

I think this one will be a big surprise for all the Cotto Haters in this forum I expect a KO from Cotto. I dont think Pacquiao can hurt Cotto not at 145...

Just as simple like a clear water, Cotto will destroy very badly Pacquiao, I think he will go down for good in 6 rounds. I am planning to go to Las Vegas like I did in New York to see my country man Cotto. Haters, be ready for this KO.

i think this fight should answer the questions that was being asked since PAC fought ODLH which is for most people still left unanswered ....

IMHO First three rounds will tell all of us how this fight will end...

          these ****en morons.

very dangerous early - he tires against the HUGE welters that he's been fighting his entire career.

pac is going to get an aggressive cotto for a full 12 - manny's too light in the ass to dictate the pace of the fight.

you mf'ers are in for a huge surprise.

it's all good - happened to me in 2001 when trinidad was on a tear and he ran into a Mr. Hopkins.

yes - hopkins = cotto in this fight.

I'm so pumped for this fight, both my favourite fighters and I don't want to see either lose but damn they are both so exciting.

Khan vs Salita, it figures that Khan is gonna fight another non puncher and Salita is another fighter that has been groomed with a record and no real stiff competition. Then they down play Maidana and say there is nothing to gain, News flash-that fight against Ortiz was very impressive and entertaining and he gained alot of fans that didn't know about him.

Round 1 to 3 Pacmanny will try to end the fight early.

Round 1 to 3 Cotto will wear down pacmanny with body brick punch.

Round 4 to 6 Pacmanny and Cotto goin toe to toe, no retreat no surrender.

After Round 6 both boxer sitting on thier corner...

Cotto to his trainer: "We're in deep **** now, should i do an oscar delaquitter
on the 9 or 10 round?"

Pacmanny to freddie roach: "We got this one the bag papa roach...hehe"

Cotto is a pressure fighter, and that can (and usually does) cause both fighters to be a little gassed after mid-rounds. I'm not sure how Manny will take being pressured, as he also pressures his opponents most of the time. I do know that Manny's conditioning is better than Cotto's, but Cotto's body work and heavy hands should make things fairly even later on.

We'll have to wait and see, but I don't think any early KO's will happen in this matchup. If it goes to the cards, I think Manny will have the advantage. If it's a KO win, it'll be Cotto adding the +1 in his left column.

This is about as dangerous a fight as Manny could've picked right now. Only thing worse would've been Shane Mosley, who I'd pick to KO Manny after 5, when he's figured him out and got him timed. Mayweather might win a decision over Manny, but I think it'd be close.
