I personally can't stand MMA. I don't like the idea of combining fighting styles to the point that it basically just becomes a streetfight with little rules. It creates jacks of all trades, masters of none. I'd much rather watch 2 guys who are the best in the world at, say, hand-to-hand combat then two guys who are average at many things. Yes, I know some MMA fighters may have excelled one particular area but still. To me it's a low-brow sport and that's precisely why HBO won't touch it, they hold themselves to a higher standard. We're not likely to see MMA in the Olympics anytime soon either for the same reason.

I can't see RJJ losing even as shot as he is right now. All of Silva's advantages will be gone in a boxing ring. He won't be able to Mua-Thai clinch and control and bully his opponent.

Even though RJJ isn't the hardest puncher ever at that weight, he still carries some pop and I see him KO'ing Silva in under 5 rounds.

A.Silva is not just that. He's the most accurate striker in all of MMA.
