First of all, I dont see any errors in this fight. (if it happens).

They will both sign the contract means they'll agree and feels that they have a chance to win against the other.

IMO, The catchweight at 145 is a risk for cotto as well as for manny. cotto's weighted at 146 in his last fight while manny weighted at 140.


You should say.. He fought DLH at 147.. Why is it a risk for manny at 145? Manny didnt took a single DLH shot in their Dream Match. If you call those punches DLH's then you dont know who prime DLH is. Same with Hatton. Manny was not yet tested taking a true WW punch.

Cotto is way too powerful at 145 than drained DLH at 147. that is the risk.

Now for cotto.. why is it a risk for cotto at 145? IMO, cotto weighs no 146 now.. he weighted 146 during his weigh-in pre clottey fight. He might be 150+ to 160+ now. So draining to 145 is harder than 146, but not too hard to look like DLH. Meaning to say he can still fight and KO manny.

In conclusion.. I dont see the catchweight to be use as an excuse for both fighters. True warriors dont whine.

and dont put cotto in your long list of drained fighters manny fought, like oscar which the only name you can come up. We didnt see the fight yet.. we dont know if cotto is weight drained or not.

Since Pac steps up to WW and JWW, this is always the line they had aired their hates to him, "destroy this little overrated cat.. or midget!" But until now, he is indestructible! Of course he is vulnerable to defeats too.. because he is just human with some soft spots. But in the likes of Cotto, I think he could not able to expose these Pacman's weaknesses!

cotto's the bigger man, and brings much more to the table than oscar did, but manny is fast as hell.

this will truly be a test of whether cotto's power can counteract manny's speed, and vice-versa.
