    Wy dont fighters unify?!?!?!?

this is BULL****, i just saw the titles for all wieght divisions, there is not 1 unifyed champ, except for maybe wlad and JMM, i mean WTF is this??

like ZSOLT ERDEI isnt fighting anywhere near the best in his division, dawson, johnson, pascal, its a ****in joke.

LWW has a ton of tilists, are they gonna unify or what.

i dont consider any of these guys champs,
    marvin hagler was a champ,
these guys are just title holders, its ridiculas!!

like how in the flying **** is berto WBC champ, WHAT!!!!

and we all know he dont wanna unify,

all anyone from 135-154 wants to do is fight pac, **** pac, he's gonna beat cotto, fight floyd, then retire like he SAID he would do.

    discuss your thoughts.

Blame the promoters, not the fighters.

i think its cuz they dont wanna pay the sanctioning fees for each belt organization.

There will never be unified champs across the board.

Best thing to do is stop respecting the belts and start acknowleding who you believe is the lineal champ. Yes, sometimes its hard to figure out who is the legitimate champ...but its easier than keeping track of the 4 of them damn belts.

It's more about the boxing politics involved that prevents a fighter from unifying the belts. There are those sanctioning bodies that they have to pay a large amount of money to sanction a fight and there's also the mandatory challengers asigned by these sanctioning bodies. There's also the promotional side of it, there are some champions where a fight with a another fighter would not make big revenue.

thats a joke, why have sanctioning fee's????
wouldent it be better to unify instead of fighting crap mandatorys that are like 24-20 (o ko's).
