Jermain Taylor Vs Bernard Hopkins

like everyone else on the thread... i wanna see taylor wait awhile... i think... the reason why hopkins want his so soon... is because he's still a newcomer in boxing... and hopkins wil think that he will make mistakes during there fight.. and hopkins will capitalize on every oppurtunity....

Look I actually like Sturm, although not as much as you do obviously. Having said that, even though Sturm has a fine jab of his own, and I totally think he beat Oscar (yes, I really do believe that!!!) Jermain has one of the damn best jabs in the business. He also has every advantage over Sturm available to any boxer! He's bigger, taller, and has a much longer reach. Theres just no way he'd could take Jermain. Not in my opinion anyway.

Should the fight happen I see Bhop never mixing up with Taylor. Hopkins will "fight in spurts" and will be looking for an opening at all times. He will never ever hang it all out in a fight with Jermain even at this stage in Taylor's career. Best bet is for Jermain to cut off the ring perfectly and jump on Bhop in the first half of the fight and once he's sure he leads all judges cards, Jermain should play possum and counter Bhop till the end of the fight. Just my opinion

that was brilliant i almost fell over in laughter +karma for u. only reason peopel dotn like sturm or think taylor is better is cause taylor is a balck american and yes that is the main reason sturm is a white german taylor is a balck american. doesnt mean he is better though.

I dont care where theyre from or what color they are..hell, who cares! I think that Jermain beats Sturm in just about every way possible..he has all the advantages. I like Sturm, but I do think Jermain would be too much for him

if u happened to see the thread that was about who had the best..

not one person said taylor has the best jab and a coupel peopel did have sturm. taylor is 2 inches taller same weight and is fast. i think sturm is faster (if u have only watched the DLH fight shut up cause u know nothing) and has a mroe sound defence. and about reach adv i dunno i dont know either of there reaches lmao. taylor isnt just gonna dominate sturm at all peopel underrate sturm alot if he was a nobody why didnt DLH as great as he is even though he is in a wieght class he shoudlnt be in get whooped by him?
