BH is not strong enough for JT. Jt would have taken Eastwood out. Hopkins couldn't do it. JT will KO BH. In any event, I don't think Hopkins will take on the Taylor clash. In that regard, he's smart!Originally posted by VkreWWho would win? If they fight next or after a couple fights who would take it? In my opinion I think it's so smart that hes considering waiting a while(Jermain Taylor)hes young and ****ing talented not make the same mistake(fernando vargas did) anyways post your opinions please.Comment

J.T. will be champion some day, but I too feel that he needs a few more fights before facing Hopkins. Last evenings match between Eastman and Hopkins showed me that Hopkins has lungs of steel. Was it me or did anyone else notice how great a shape the 40 year was in. The man hardly showed any sign of fatigue. Unlike Eastman who looked like he had just finished running a marathon. Hopkins is an amazing athlete!Comment

Honestly I pick Hopkins by a 10th round TKO because I don't think Taylor has anything Bernard can't deal with. And as we saw last night Hopkins skills have not diminished.Originally posted by VkreWWho would win? If they fight next or after a couple fights who would take it? Too young. Sorry Jermain, not in this lifetime. RJJ said he showed him too muc respect which in way is conceding your will and that's absolutely true. Bernard wouls mess with the kid's head till fight night and make him look mediocre like everyone else. You have to beat Hopkin's mind to beat his game. Too green...Comment

I hope Taylor waits. He is a tremendous talent, and is the future. At this point he is not ready for Hopkins. Hopkins would give him a lesson. I don't need the future of the division taking a "meldrick taylor" beating this early in his career.
I would rather see Hopkins fight the winner of Tarver-Johnson and go away for good. He doesn't need to fight anybody else.Comment

Yes, impressed you against who?Originally posted by EnayzeTaylor is one of my favorite fighters, so is Hopkins. And with that said, Taylor beats Hopkins via KO. He is the heir apparent, his last fight he had me very impressed.
You shouldn't put any up-and-coming fighter in against the divisions best before they have faced and defeated a couple of A-class fighters.
If Taylor fights Eastman and wins, then we know he's ready.
But before that, nah...Comment
