Hopkins would win and retire after the fight. Hopkins should go toe to toe with Jermain Taylor win, then for his final mega bout fight Cazeghe.

BH is not strong enough for JT. Jt would have taken Eastwood out. Hopkins couldn't do it. JT will KO BH. In any event, I don't think Hopkins will take on the Taylor clash. In that regard, he's smart!

J.T. will be champion some day, but I too feel that he needs a few more fights before facing Hopkins. Last evenings match between Eastman and Hopkins showed me that Hopkins has lungs of steel. Was it me or did anyone else notice how great a shape the 40 year was in. The man hardly showed any sign of fatigue. Unlike Eastman who looked like he had just finished running a marathon. Hopkins is an amazing athlete!

I think it would be a great match up, but Hopkins experience will be the telling difference.

Honestly I pick Hopkins by a 10th round TKO because I don't think Taylor has anything Bernard can't deal with. And as we saw last night Hopkins skills have not diminished.

Too young. Sorry Jermain, not in this lifetime. RJJ said he showed him too muc respect which in way is conceding your will and that's absolutely true. Bernard wouls mess with the kid's head till fight night and make him look mediocre like everyone else. You have to beat Hopkin's mind to beat his game. Too green...

I hope Taylor waits. He is a tremendous talent, and is the future. At this point he is not ready for Hopkins. Hopkins would give him a lesson. I don't need the future of the division taking a "meldrick taylor" beating this early in his career.

I would rather see Hopkins fight the winner of Tarver-Johnson and go away for good. He doesn't need to fight anybody else.

Taylor is one of my favorite fighters, so is Hopkins. And with that said, Taylor beats Hopkins via KO. He is the heir apparent, his last fight he had me very impressed.

                      Yes, impressed you against who?
You shouldn't put any up-and-coming fighter in against the divisions best before they have faced and defeated a couple of A-class fighters.
If Taylor fights Eastman and wins, then we know he's ready.
                      But before that, nah...
