Anything from 141- 147 is a welterweight fight imo so Manny wanting the fight to be a title fight isn't such a bad thing.

in other words 147 is the limit so cotto should be permitted to come in at 147. IDC what anyone says but if PAc wins the wbo title at 145, as a fan I'm acknowledging him as a 7 division champion, fight at 147 if you want that. I think it's bull**** if he gets that 7th division championship, tainting history!

I agree, Henry did not have the luxury of being pampered by JUNIOR divisions or bullshiet negotiations of catchweights which have now turned into bait and switch.

I don't understand Manny. He saw Cotto ****** against Clottey (I mean it was not Miguel's best performance) and Manny was sitting ring side, he nudged Arum and said I want to fight Cotto. I did not expect Team Pacquiao to be so petty. Why should Manny risk any public scrutiny over two freakin pounds. If Manny is as good as we think, he should have no problem beating Miguel at 147.
