It's like this if Manny wants the Title the fight limit should be 147 if it was going to be a regular fight for no ww title then the title shouldn't be at stake. He is the one who asked for the fight by telling Arum to make the fight not the other way around. Also since they are acting like Cotto is damaged goods and isn't the same fighter then just fight him at 147 since hes not the same.

If cotto dont like the demands of the champ...He can walk away. SSM is out there and is still the top WW in the division anyway willing to put his belts up.
