Once Pacquiao wants that belt. Never underestimate the rally of Pacnuts.

All Arum, Cotto and his team can do is bark like dogs.

I thought this fight was at 144? How can they fight for a belt at 147?

Cotto better start polishing that belt up for Manny because it belongs to Pacquiao.

Manny's just being kind letting Cotto hold onto it for a bit.

so much could change between now and then....

i wouldnt be surprised if the fight ending up falling thru TBH.... i think the more they push/argue on these technicalities the greater the chance of "ooops, i couldnt make weight, sorry no fight" or something... from either side

Technically, 147 is only the limit for Welterweight.

Meaning you can't weigh in at anything over it.

Anything under it, and above 140 can be considered a Welterweight fight.

Lending more credibility to all of this "catchweight" bull****.
