    its already signed.

whats being disputed here is to have the belt in line or not. thats it.

discussing catchweight only gets posters exposed.
The fight was SIGNED as a non title fight.

    You expose yourself for hypocrisy.

    AND I QUOTE:

"Championship belts will not be on the line in this fight because of the catch weight of 145 pounds, 2 pounds lower than the 147 welterweight limit. However, even without belts on the line, what is more important is that Cotto and I will fight for the No. 1 pound for pound title which guarantees an active fight, no running, no retreating, no chasing around."

If the fight isn't at 147 then, belt or no, Pacquiao gets no props for being a 7-time champ! I'm really starting to dislike the entire Pacquiao camp. I hope Cotto KOs him with a VISCIOUS body shot.

Cotto as a welterweight, anywhere he weighs between 140 & 147 he really represents a welterweight...147 is the limit for a welterweight...

For Pacquiao as a jr. welterweight, anywhere he weighs between 135 & 140 he really represents a jr. welterweight...140 is the limit for a jr. welterweight...

But when Pac started to step above the 140 limit or within the range of 140 - 147, he fights for the welterweight...
Thats true that welterweight is 141-147 so fine let pac come in at 141 if he likes, but why restrict the other fighter to a 145lb limit rather the normal 147lb limit n still consider it a true weletweight fight??

                      One more time:

Here I quote Packy himself as to why the belt isn't on the line:

                      Consider this your pwnage:

                      AND I QUOTE:

"Championship belts will not be on the line in this fight because of the catch weight of 145 pounds, 2 pounds lower than the 147 welterweight limit. However, even without belts on the line, what is more important is that Cotto and I will fight for the No. 1 pound for pound title which guarantees an active fight, no running, no retreating, no chasing around."
