really? u actually got fired up by him taking on 18 of the weakest middlweights of all time where he took them all to long grueling decisions where he threw a total of like 27 punches each fight?

then of course two fat blown up welterweights who were too small short to even hurt him?

idk how to explain it lol, alotta people call him that tho. I'm a fan of his so, most of his fights are bearable to me. While other fighters like Andre Ward, Andre Berto, Floyd Mayweather, and the Klitschko brothers aren't entertaining at all to me.

          Ruiz by a country mile.

Hopkins has changed his style as he's gotten older and adjusted it to suit longevity.

Look at some of his early Middleweight matches like Wendall Hall or Joe Lipsey ; total destruction administered by Hopkins.

Even after he changed his style to a more technical approach he's still managed to make some really entertaining fights with it such as Trinidad, Tarver, and Pavlik.

Ruiz. Hopkins is a technically sound fighter with good technique and skill. I am not ever bored when watching him fight.

You are just a hater of Hopkins why not just say that instead of making this thread, the whole reason you posted this is to discredit the man.

the pavlik fight was probably his least boring moment minus the first half of the tarver fight

The Trinidad fight was entertaining...along with his fights with Robert Allen...the 2nd Mercado fight was good...the Echols fight was good...

You can only fight who's out there...
