bob sheridan is the best for calling fights.He makes them so exciting.I don't know why people like Lampley so much, for me he is just an ordinary caller, I don't hate him, but he is a bit plain.kellerman and merchant are real experts.

Al Bernstein by a long shot. I think he's the best in the game because he seems to me to be the most knowledgeable about the sport.
His downfall is he doesn't have the dramatics of the other announcers and can be a little boring aesthetically but his commentary is second to none.Comment

I like Jim Lampley. He's got intellegent things to say, he's really into the fight, he pays close attention to the fight, philosophical to a certain degree, AND he's probably the only one who can pronounce Pacquiao's name correctly.Comment

ppl picked lampley? hes the most incompetent commentator out there. one hes ****ing blind, and hes always biased to fighters who HBO look to make money of. everyone is biased but atleast kellerman (who i picked) is his own man, and not some hbo executive puppet like lampley.

I ****ing love Larry Merchant. The man is borderline senile and rattles on about nonsense, but if you pay attention he is the one that says the most truthful and relevant comments.
