Margarito called him out but look at him now, and at that time nobody new margarito and if floyd would of beat him people would have said who was margarito.now if floyd do fight mosley and beat him then they'll say mosley to old like they said after he beat oscar at 154, but pacquiao can beat oscar and get credit for it. Floyd dont duck nobody if boxers want it all they gotta do is tell there promoters and floyd.
Then why did Floyd retired when he has many great fights available? Why did he chose to retire instead of fighting SSM, Cotto, Margarito, and Williams?

I am glad that Floyd is fighting JMM because that is the best opponent that Floyd will have fought in a long ass time. But even if he wins that fight, I still expect him to give Mosley a shot. I agree about Cotto not calling Floyd out, and I think Clottey and Mosley stand a better chance of beating Floyd because I thought they got ripped off against Cotto. But you can't tell me that once the smoke cleared from the DLH-Mayweather fight that Mosley didn't go after Mayweather or else you are being incredibly biased. He called him out hard during that one interview with Kenney. If he beats Berto and unifies the titles (which the fight probably won't happen because of the way Berto has gotten overpaid for weak opponents), what would be Mayweather's excuse for not fighing Mosley then?

The inference was that Mayweather, having defeated the lineal champion of the division at that time, should somehow still be seen as the champ at 147 lbs. [details]
My experience tells me that really good fighters tend to jump divisions and skip opponents for better money because well, they can. Pacquiao is doing it too. Be more aware of the odd guy who stays at his division cleaning it and defending for years.
