No wonder Paulie became a champion again after losing to Cotto and was rated number 2 by the RIng at 140 when Hatton fought him. The fact will never change Cotto won a 115-112 decision with HPaulie beating him to several rounds. Stop complaining about dehydration. Pac fans never complained when he was having a hardtime making weight against Barrera and Marquez rematch.
