I guess most of the posters here haven't been watching boxing that long so I will take that into account because if any of you knew about boxing as long as other people you wouldn't be making assinine comments like Calzaghe is a disgrace. The man has taken on worthy opposition and has defeated all the opposition that was placed infront of him point blank and simple.

Hopkins defeated a young hungry lion in Pavlik after losing to Joe C. so as much as people want to complain how over the hill Hopkins was the dude is probably the best middleweight in this era and in several other eras and still could not beat Joe C.

Roy Jones quite frankly was over the hill and could not do to Joe C. what he did in his career but who's fault is that? Not to mention most experts still stated that Roy was going to knock the bricks off of Calzaghe and Joe proved otherwise. In that fight Joe C., who is about the same age as RJJ did to Roy what Roy did to his opponents and that was make them look silly, showboated and made them look Amateurish...I couldn't believe my eyes as I was watching the dayum fight.

You guys hating on Joe for whatever reason gotta pop the ******* out of your mouths cause you are sounding quite infantile with these posts. Anyways, I'm through with this topic cause Joe has solidified his position in history as one of the best and no one is going to take that from him.

Joe could have fought Johnson, Dawson or even Tarver. He was a good fighter but not great, great fighters seek out great fights.
