Manny is not invincible, he was KO'd before. I know for a fact he can't take bodyshots. You are right Morales tore up his face. Have you noticed they haven't fought anyone that has very fast hands. Cotto can bust him up and hits much harder then him. They are only banking on the fact that Cotto might get weak from trying to make the 145.

I agree with you in a certain way, because i'm not sure if he gets tired after the 6th round or is he taking some rounds off because he has been in front on the cards. The fight that he seem less busier in the lat rounds than the 1s six round were Mosley, Margarito and Clottey. Cotto was clearly in front on the scorecards in the 1st rounds and probably he took a rest just to finish strong in the last championship round and managed the victory with the exception of Margarito which might have been because he was probably getting hit with something ilegal, we will never know.
However in fight like Judah and Paulie, Cotto didn't have that clear advantage in the 1st round so he had to fight more during the middle rounds which he did.
Against Pacquiao, Cotto will not afford to do that because we all know that Pacquiao is a warrior and like Roach said, he will be trying to wear Cotto down from round 1. Cotto will have to control Pacman's pace with that strong stiff, quick jab in order to establish his game plan. Another thing that Cotto might take advantage is that Pacquiao throws punches sometimes off balance and because of Cotto's strenght he cant afford to do that in this fight.
It will be a great fight of 2 true warriors and if Cotto is not able to control Manny with his jab to set up his offense or at least control Manny's offense, it will be a long night for him.Comment

Cotto's fans are sounding a lot like Ricky Hatton's fans before Ricky got destroyed. Same old arguments... it's amusing.
I'm still waiting for the dreaded name to pop up that has Pac fans cowering in fear... "TORRECAMPO."Comment

easier said than done freddie the problem with fighting this fast paced fight is it will leave pac to get hit a lot and he never been hit by someone who can punch like miguel if jmm can put manny on ***** street and bust his **** open imagine what happens when that left hook lands or even the jab. manny gets tkod within 10. hopefully manny doesnt get beaten to bad so that he can go back down to 135-140 weight class and fight where he belongsComment

Manny's speed is top notch but the guys that tired out Cotto was because Cotto was back peddling and throwing sick a$$ combos the entire time and he was connecting consistantly. Manny's beard is what has to hold up for him to push Cotto to the limits...and I for one do not believe Manny's beard is made of the same substance of Margarito's beard. Just an observation that should be noted.Comment

Body ****ing
If Cotto comes out and starts to the body, it will be a short night for Pac, I don't think Pac's team are taking this into account. I could see Pac's pace being rather slow by the sixth if Cotto follows the game plan he should.Comment

Sorry for interrupting but I have some sad news.

Pro boxer Vernon Forrest fatally shot in Atlanta
.Atlanta police say former professional boxer Vernon “The Viper” Forrest was killed Saturday night in an attempted car*******, according to a WSB-TV news report.
Police told WSB that Forrest stopped at a gas station to put air in the tire of his Jaguar when he was approached by two men.
Police told the station that Forrest, 38, was shot multiple times and the suspects had semi-automatic weapons.
Last fall, Forrest emphatically reclaimed his WBC 154-pound title, battering Sergio Mora in a lopsided unanimous decision that re-established the 37-year-old veteran as an elite junior middleweight.
Forrest (41-3) had lost his title to Mora in an ugly majority-decision upset June 7, 2008, but the Atlanta native had little trouble sending Mora to the first loss of his career in the mandated rematch. With one knockdown and consistently superior speed, Forrest punished Mora (21-1) in almost every round, winning each scorecard by at least seven points.

Roach did said it all well, he knows it's the toughest fight for Pacquiao. He did not push his thoughts like in Hatton's. I definitely don't see a knock out on this fight. Both fighters are great and are at their primes. It's a hell of fight. I can't wait till 14th of November.Comment
