So if Cotto agrees to the fight being at a catch weight and signs the contract people say it should be fine and no excuses because he agreed to it. But if Pacquiao agrees to the belt not being put on the line and signs the contract it isn't fair and makes Cotto a *****?

Which one is it? Its fine if Cotto has the fight at 145... he signed the contract, he has taken a smaller percent (understandably) but its fine and there shouldn't be any excuses because Cotto agreed to it and signed the contract... he is okay with it, but if Cotto doesn't want to put his belt on the line after agreeing to 145 which makes it okay and Pacquiao agrees to the belt not being put on the line... saying hes okay with it... its completely unfair and makes Cotto a *****? Is this what you mean?
