Why does Pac even want this to be a title fight? It's not like he's gonna defend it at Welter against any Welters....This to me shows that its clear he sees Miguel as the lowest risk-highest reward fight for a welter title, because he'll make more money than against someone like Berto but thinks he has a better chance than against Mosley.

I would hate to see a welterweight belt exclusively defended at catchweights....
the organisations shouldn't allow it but they're money hungry although I think with things like this its clear belts don't mean much but something to brag about when you want to seem special (7 titles in 7 weight classes, etc) BRING BACK 1 BELT PER DIVISION!!!

This was actually a no-brainer. If Pacquiao wins, it will be two mega-collections for WBO including Pac`s next fight. And IBO was all set to sanction the fight if WBO doesn`t anyway.
