Umm he's been turned down more than he's fought, youre going back over 3 years time, big names is what it means, sure Sharmba will fight him, but the real top dogs havent.

Williams needs the big fights, all the fans want to see. I don't think anyone actually disputes the fact Williams is the best Welterweight in the world. Noone could beat him there, the only one with a chance is Mosely and he is DUCKING Paul left, right and centre.

I think it's foolish to suggest Cotto, Mosely or Mayweather are the best Welterweights when Paul would dice them up.
