Style-wise, what former boxer does Manny Pacquiao remind you of?

simple?........this guy is ****** and arrogant......Pac doesnt really have a style to be honest, what hes doing is very simple, but his aggression and power make it very difficult to stop, whoever said tyson is wrong, Tyson had far more head movement and also killed you on the inside as well as to the body, pac doesnt resemble tyson at all.
Pac is pac, his own style modeled after himself with added improvements every fight.Comment

He's unique.
Pac's style was molded very early in his career with the mindset that he takes a punch to dish his own with all out power.
I think he's got a God-given talent but didn't have the opportunity to train properly like Floyd, Cotto etc. He trained without food and shelter and got himself a good coach in the middle of his career.
If he didn't have talent, he wouldn't be accurate and powerful with an awkward and seeming always out of balance style.Comment

The Prince Naseem Hamed .Style-wise, what former boxer does Manny Pacquiao remind you of? I'm just wondering b/c I feel that at this point, Pacquiao's style is for the most part very unique to himself. Can anyone name from other eras a style that appeared similar to pacquiao's. I'd be interested in checking out some of their fights.

I say pernell, but waiting to see how he does against welterweights. Pacman will always be an ATG at anything below welterweight, same as some other ATG fighters at the divisions they dominated. I guess that is why there are ATG at every divisions, which is fair. I cannot put pacman or sugar ray in same category as ali or a true bantamweight. This cotto fight should let us know where he stands. Remember everyone had tyson on a different pedestal before buster fight.Comment
