Never said I thought the contracts were fine, just that he had to expect that kind of deal, having barely fought in the division at all, and then slinging insults and being a general ****. King has little invested in Valuev, and with the odds of Haye winning being probably 7 to 5 or less, he's not risking much more than a piece of paper, so he could understandably give Haye a better deal than the Klitschkos were willing to offer him.
And I don't blame Haye for ditching both Klitschkos and taking on Valuev instead, either. The fight will be a better deal for him all the way around.
All I'm saying is that he took the wrong approach in how he tried to get a fight with one of the Klitschkos, and the contracts they offered him showed it.
