Fuck Cotto then.........bring in Mosley or any other fighters who's been calling out Pac. (Valero, Bradley, Guerrero, Antillon) They'd be more than happy to get 10 times more the money they ordinarily make.

why Pac fans don't want Cotto to weight 147? If they are su sure Pac will wipe the floor with him. You all know that asking Cotto weight less than his normal weigh in before fight night will handicap him a bit or maybe a lot. Why not eliminate all this maybe's tell the man to has the option to weight ay any weight within the division rules and defend his Title. After all PAC called Cotto out.

**about the second bold, yeah that is true, I think you commented on my other topic where I spelled out the exact definition of Welterweight, and every def. I found specifically stated it's a division with a max weight of 147.. emphasis on the one forty seven max
you get the idea, a catchweight of 145 slightly alters that above definition, we get it, no need to rehash that point, you already stated it (it's in the green)
but I slightly disagree with the Cotto signing contract doesn't give him a right to complain about title or not title fight (that is what your saying right .. if not please correct me)
as if Team Pacquiao can **** with the weight (by making it 145)
who's saying Cotto can't play mind games back, by not wanting it for the title?
even though titles have been fought at catchweights before (B-Hop vs Wink and DLH-B-Hop to name 2 semi recent ones)
**last bold yeah no kidding catchweights make things more complicated .. and add a whole headache to the situation. **** I think everyone knows this, but if this fight wasn't at a catchweight, the title not being on the line wouldn't be an issue. the fight would be Cotto vs Pacquiao for the WBO Welter title end of story.
so at the end of the day, the title not being on the line wouldn't be the end of the world, but as a boxing fan, you can't help but find this issue just a bit agitating.
haven't read your sig, but I will do so.
My thing is, sure Cotto has a point, but why is he making it so hard for a paper belt? It's in best interest for both camps to have the title on the line anyways. because it will bring in more revenue. they can use it as a promotional tool.
